We accept individual pieces, small orders and larger business projects, and we help each customer select the appropriate placement, size, colors and product for the design.

Bring your own garment
You can bring your own garments and items — there is no minimum order for customer-supplied pieces, and individual pieces are welcome.
We don’t recommend items with sentimental value or anything that could be damaged during the embroidery process. We can also source products for you, mainly hats. We don’t keep inventory, so brand, color, size and availability are quoted for each project.

Comparable samples typically range from $20 to $50 per piece, depending on the design and product. Your final price is always confirmed in a written quote.
A setup or digitizing fee may apply, depending on the design. It is included in your quote.
Digital proof & approval
Share your logo, a sketch or an idea, plus the product, quantity, colors and timeline.
You receive a written quote, an estimated completion date and a digital proof.
Production starts after your written approval and a deposit, generally 50%.
We stitch, check quality and have it ready for pickup in Pyote or shipping.
Production time varies with materials, complexity and quantity, and is confirmed in your quote. Rush orders are not available.
